Your facial blemishes will BENO more with ZENO
I do not have a huge acne problem, but I do get the occasional North Star or secondary nose or a little friend on my forehead. I was extremely skeptical regarding this product especially with the other review being so poor. I saw this on the six o’clock news and decided what have I got to loose. All the device really does is heat up this tip that you place against your blemish and the heat kills the bacteria thus killing the blemish. IT DOES WORK PERFECTLY! The little friend that I have had on my forehead for two weeks is no more. Normally it would have been around for a few more weeks but with Zeno, after the first treatment, I saw an immediate improvement without me making it worse by trying to push out the bacteria. This product is probably the secret of Hollywood cause you rarely see those people with zits… I am super pleased with this product. Zeno is pain-free, and very easy to use. After one treatment your blemish will immediately start to disappear. If you have a ton of blemishes all over your face, I am not sure this is right for you, but for those like me who get 1-3 a week that seem to boil up overnight, this product will kill them immediately without creams, squeezing or scrubbing.

Like Magic
When I first heard of this product I was sceptical as with most products that claim “magical” effects, but once I tried it, in 2 days a huge pimple on my forhead was gone by the second day. I was very pleased. It doesn’t go away in 24 hours more me, but as long as it goes away soon, I’m happy. I recommened using it many times a day to see faster results. The only thing that I don’t like (but don’t mind) is the redness that occurs after the treatment, but that goes away in a few hours. It was worth the price. I also put benxoyl peroxide cream after using Zeno which speeds up the clearing of the pimple.

It’s worth the money
I only get the occasional pimple, and the Zeno zaps it either all the way gone or greatly reduced. It might not be great for a face full of zits, but it works for me, and I love it!

Skeptical but now a believer!
I was very skeptical about this item. I am a 34 year old female who has had mild acne my whole life. Most people never noticed but it is because I never left the house if it was very severe. I have tried everything. I have spent so many dollars on acne products and believed one recent “acne kit” worked but the acne was still there. I must have tried every brand out there. Every cream, gel, lotion, ointment, mask, toner, astringent, etc. I thought it was the way I ate but I drink a ton of water and never touch fast food. I then though maybe it was because I was over washing. You name it I have thought of it. I bought this after I have had a few zits that would not clear up. Nobody likes to talk or even read about zits/acne but it is a problem for some of us. It literally kept me from going out. I recently had a huge one on my cheek, the kind you can feel and it is still healing. I received the ZENO 90 last week. I charged it for the first six hours and it states to use it on acne that is not at the surface already but acne that you can feel coming on. I had a few small ones and tried it on those and they went away. Still skeptical because they were not big and never hit the surface so how was I to know it was the ZENO or not. Then tonight I got a really big one next to the old one on my cheek. I got depressed. I know it is pathetic. I knew this was one that was going to be huge. It was one like the others I have had. You cannot help but pick at it and it takes weeks to go away. Scabs up and bleeds, no make up will cover it. Since it was so deep I truly did not think the ZENO would get it. I could literally feel pain on my cheek that is how bad this new acne was. I used the ZENO twice on it tonight and I cannot even feel the acne pain anymore and within hours it is clearing up! I did not believe it would work until I tried it tonight. I almost want to cry. This little device is giving me part of my life back. I was so embarrassed at some of my recent acne I could not bare to face people. What this thing did tonight proved it works on even the most deep seeded acne that will take weeks to clear. As far as treatments they are not bad at all. They have some heat but nothing too uncomfortable. I truly think it is the acne that you apply it to that can cause the most pain not the device. I also clean the device with an alcohol pad after each use just to be safe. I cannot say enough about this product. I was very skeptical but after tonight, I am a believer and will never use anything else besides this. Of course I will still wash my face with a cleanser but if I feel anything coming on, I am using my ZENO. It rocks!

Things You Should Know
There are so many varied reviews for this product depending on which version you clicked on! Here’s what I’ve found from mine:

First, this is intended to work on adult acne, the occasional blemish. Sorry teens, this probably isn’t the best choice for you unless you only have the occasional break-out.

Second, this only works on NEW pimples so when you get it, don’t expect the ones you currently have to suddenly disappear. It works best when you first notice a pimple appearing, especially in that just starting to get sore, slight red spot stage.

That being sad, it does actually work, provided you keep the first two rules in mind! Two days after I received mine, I noticed that tell tale red spot beginning to form, I zapped it & not only did it not get worse, by the next morning, it was completely gone!

I was skeptical of this product – especially at the price – however I am so pleased with its effectiveness. I rely on other reviewers remarks and so I am writing to tell you that it is definately worth the price. I can’t believe how quickly it clears up a pimple. When I think of all the money I’ve spent on products over the years – and I’m in my 40s! I was tired of buying products that overdried my skin but left me with a red, angry looking spot. This product is truly amazing and works as effectively on mild acne. I only wish the Zeno was around when I was a teenager!

Awesome replacement!
Item works great in conjuction with the Zeno. I love the Zeno, it has greatly reduced my blemishes better than any dermatologist prescribing medication to me could. The 90 tip may cost more but is a better value per tip. Easy to install.

It’s great if you need it
Beats me as to why they limit usage – looks exactly the same as 60 count (they have a chip which doesnt let you use it anymore after the limit is reached)

I was skeptical, but it works!
I really didn’t think this thing was going to work…but when you have acne most of your life you will try anything at any cost. I have found that by using the Zeno in conjunction with Proactive Solution I have cleared my face significantly of acne. The Zeno product does take some time to use, as you have to hold it to the pimple for approx. two minutes. It causes redness on that area for about 10 minutes and is only mildly uncomfortable when you first put it on the pimple. After a day or two the acne is gone. It’s weird, but it works! I only gave it 4 stars because of the two minutes you have to hold it on your face, the redness, and the mild discomfort from the heat. Other than that, it’s quite easy to use and requires no clean up. You just have to charge it periodically and after 90 uses you have to replace the tip. Replacing it is so simple. You literally just pull the old one off and snap the new one on. This is a VERY simple device and it does the trick. It does not work very well at all on cystic ance, but for basic zits or pimples it takes care of them in a day or two.
